I came across Ecovative Design by way of an interesting Scientific American article about Staying Cool with Greensulate. I’m not sure if it was their wordsmithed name or their frank pitch, but something in their vision definitely resonates with me:

I recently watched a powerful documentary – Addicted To Plastic – which was a strong reminder how important it is that companies measure their impact on the environment at the same level as their passion for profits. Without it, we won’t be around to enjoy all that this world has to offer.
